Paying Methods: Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

The client recognizes and accepts the following:
1- To have the authorization from the owner of the property to announce it on the Web.
2- The information and photos of the property are real and belong to the property for sale or rent.
3- The client has verified that the property announced doesn’t break the local law to be sold or rented.
4- In case of failure to comply with any of the previous requirements, the announcement will be removed. If the failure of comply is repeated, IREA-AII will cancel the Service without refund.
5- In case of perjury because of failure to comply the Company will be able to ask for a compensation for damages.
6- Once the client has sold, rented the property or no longer has authorization on the property will have to remove the announcement within 7 days.
